Saturday, 5 September

Arrival in Parma 

Arrive at Bologna Airport and transfer to Parma. Check in at the selected hotel and enjoy the afternoon at leisure to relax after your journey. In the evening, enjoy a wel-come dinner at the Bistrot della Corale Verdi with the option of a musical aperitif. A short recital of famous opera arias will be performed inside the historic home of the renowned Corale Verdi Choir, offering an intimate introduction to Parma’s musical heritage. Overnight in Parma. Sunday, 6 September

Modena & Ferrari Museum

 

Breakfast at the hotel. At 9:00am, depart for a fullday excursion to Modena. Enjoy a guided tour of the UNESCOlisted historic center, including Piazza Grande, the Romanesque Duomo, the Ghirlandina Tower, and an external visit of Palazzo Du-cale. Continue with a visit to a traditional Acetaia to discover Modena’s worldfa-mous Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, followed by a tasting and tastinglunch. In the afternoon, visit one of the Ferrari Museums in Maranello for an immersive experi-ence in the world of Italian automotive excellence. Return to Parma in the late af-ternoon. Dinner at leisure. Monday, 7 September

Parma Hills & Food Experience

 

Breakfast at the hotel. At 9:00am, meet your guide and depart towards the rolling hills surrounding Parma. Visit an authentic ParmigianoReggiano dairy to learn about the production process and enjoy a tasting of different aged varieties. Contin-ue past the magnificent Castello di Torrechiara, dramatically perched above the Parma Ham valley. Visit a Prosciutto di Parma production site with tasting. In the afternoon, visit a beautiful and innovative organic winery (pending availability) in the Langhirano–Traversetolo hills. Enjoy a guided tour through the vineyards, cellar, and aging rooms, followed by a tasting of four representative wines of the region, served on the panoramic terrace or in the tasting room. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Par-ma. (B)

Tuesday, 8 September

Parma & “Cena dei Mille”

Breakfast at the hotel. At 9:00am, meet your guide for a halfday walking tour of Parma’s historic center. Discover the iconic Piazza Duomo with its Romanesque Cathedral—featuring Correggio’s celebrated dome fresco—and the exquisite pinkmarble Baptistery by Benedetto Antelami. Continue with a visit to the splen-did Teatro Regio di Parma, one of Italy’s most important opera houses, commis-sioned by Duchess Maria Luigia. Inside the Palazzo della Pilotta, explore the ex-traordinary wooden Teatro Farnese and the National Gallery, home to masterpieces by Correggio, Parmigianino, Leonardo da Vinci, and other major artists. Lunch at leisure. Afternoon free for shopping in Parma’s charming historic streets. Evening: Cena dei Mille 2026, including aperitif and beverages. Overnight in Parma. (B, D)

Parma to Piedmont Region

​Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Alba and arrive around lunchtime. Check in at the selected hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walking tour of Alba, one of Pied-mont’s most elegant towns. Stroll through the medieval center, admire its towers, churches, and noble palaces, and discover its rich culinary traditions—famous worldwide for white truffles and fine wines. The tour blends history, culture, and gastronomy for an authentic introduction to the Langhe region. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Alba. (B, D)

Thursday, 10 September

Langhe Region

 

Breakfast at the hotel. Today’s full‑day tour reveals the breathtaking landscapes of the Langhe, with its rolling vineyards, hazelnut groves, and picturesque villages. Vis-it a local winery for a tasting of prestigious regional wines, including Barolo and Bar-baresco. Enjoy lunch in a traditional restaurant featuring classic Piedmontese dish-es prepared with seasonal ingredients. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Alba. (B, L)

Cooking Class & Truffle Experience

 

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your guide in Alba and begin your culinary adventure. Travel to the countryside of Roddi for an authentic truffle‑hunting experience with a licensed trifolao and trained dog. Learn about the history, techniques, and cultural significance of truffles in Piedmontese cuisine. Continue to the medieval village of Roddi for a hands‑on cooking class led by a professional local chef. Prepare tradi-tional dishes such as handmade tajarin or ravioli, classic sauces, and a hazel-nut‑based dessert, all using fresh seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a relaxed lunch fea-turing the dishes you prepared, paired with local wines. After lunch, enjoy free time in Roddi for a stroll or photos before returning to Alba in the afternoon. Turin

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Turin and check in at your hotel. Enjoy an orienta-tion tour of the city, discovering its elegant boulevards, grand squares, and refined Baroque architecture. As Italy’s first capital, Turin offers a rich blend of history, cul-ture, and royal heritage. Visit the Cathedral, home to the Holy Shroud, and continue to the Royal Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring opulent halls and lav-ish royal apartments. Return to Alba for a farewell dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Alba. (B, D)
