​Payments

• $500 deposit at time of registration (an electronic link will be sent upon reception of the registration to the email indicated on the registration to pay the rerquired deposit) - In case the group will not reach a minimum of participants (15) the intial deposit will be fully refunded

• 25% of total cost per person 120 Days prior to departure

• Final payment is due 60 days prior departure

Cancellation penalties

• 60 days and over prior to departure date: $500 

• 59-22 days prior to departure date: 25% 

• 21-14 days prior to departure date: 50% 

• 13-8 days or less prior to departure date: 75% 

• 7 days and less: 100%
