The cost to participate in this exclusive FAM trip (land only, airfare not included) is $1,500—and it gets even better. The entire land cost will be fully refunded with any future booking, or combined bookings, totaling $20,000 or more.

Wednesday, March 18
USA-MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO

Arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport and private transfer to Madonna di Campiglio, one of the Alps’ most elegant mountain resorts. A leisurely stop for lunch along the way sets the tone for a relaxed journey into the heart of Trentino.

Check in at the Majestic Hotel, followed by free time to explore Madonna di Campiglio at your own pace. Enjoy time to unwind, breathe in the crisp alpine air, or simply settle into the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere including its inviting SPA.

Thursday, March 19th
MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO

After breakfast, meet representatives from Caldana and the Madonna di Campiglio Tourist Board for an orientation walk, introducing the village and its refined alpine charm. The morning includes hotel inspections at the prestigious Hotel Cerana and Romantic Plaza.

Before lunch, ascend by lift to panoramic viewpoints offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding Brenta Dolomites. Learn about the area’s lift system and its seamless connections to Pinzolo and Val di Sole, creating a vast playground of landscapes and trails suitable for winter and summer alike. Madonna di Campiglio, part of the Epic Pass destinations, is renowned worldwide not only for skiing, but also for hiking, nature walks, and scenic mountain experiences.

MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO

Following breakfast, set out on a guided walking excursion to Rifugio Nambino, accompanied by a local alpine guide. Depending on snow conditions, the experience may include snowshoes, offering a gentle, immersive way to connect with nature—ideal even for non-skiers.

Lunch at Rifugio Nambino, surrounded by serene alpine scenery, before returning to Madonna di Campiglio for further hotel inspections.

In the evening, enjoy a memorable dinner at a mountain hut—either Rifugio Montagnoli or Malga Ritorto (TBD)—where regional flavors meet warm hospitality.

Saturday, March 21st
VAL DI FASSA

After breakfast, check out and depart for Val di Fassa, with a delightful stop en route for a wine tasting and cellar visit. Trentino’s vineyards are an integral part of the landscape, shaped by diverse microclimates and centuries of dedicated craftsmanship, producing distinctive and prestigious wines.

Continue to Val di Fassa with a Pizza Lunch in Cavalese and check in at Hotel Astoria. Enjoy an orientation walk in Canazei, discovering the village’s alpine character, followed by hotel inspections at Hotel Perla and Hotel Cesa Tyrol (TBC).

Before dinner, attend an educational presentation focused on Val di Fassa and the Dolomiti Superski / IKON network, highlighting the destination’s exceptional variety for outdoor enthusiasts in every season.

Sunday, March 22nd
VAL DI FASSA

After breakfast, take the lift to admire sweeping views over the Eastern Dolomites. Part of the legendary Sella Ronda, Val di Fassa is celebrated not only for its winter sports but also for its summer trails, panoramic tours, and rich Ladin culture. With nine ski areas, five ski tours, and over 500 km of connected terrain, it remains an extraordinary destination year-round.

Lunch is enjoyed in a mountain hut on the slopes, followed by afternoon hotel inspections at Locanda degli Artisti, Hotel Olympic, and Hotel Ciampedie.

Later, return to your hotel for SPA time and relaxation, a perfect balance to the day’s exploration.

Monday, March 23rd
VAL DI FIEMME

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Val di Fiemme for a gentle walking or snowshoe excursion, surrounded by pristine alpine landscapes.

Check in at Hotel La Roccia*** and enjoy dinner in their traditional “Stube”, a cozy, wood-paneled dining room inspired by historic parlors. Here, regional cuisine is served in a warm, intimate atmosphere that reflects authentic mountain hospitality.

Tuesday, March 24th
DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out and departure to the airport. On the way to the airport, we’’ll discover the world of Pasta at the local pasta maker “pastificio felicetti”: spring water, high-mountain air and 100% Italian grains are the ingredients of a very appreciated durum wheat type of pasta with a unique flavour.
CLOTHING, FOOTWEAR & PACKING TIPS
March in the Dolomites can be cold but variable, so the best strategy is layers you can adjust throughout the day: thermal tops and bottoms, long sleeve shirts, waterproof, warm ski jacket, waterproof winter boots or snow boots.
Don’t forget: warm hat, gloves, sunslasses & lip balm, scarf, sunscreen.
