Itinerary
Day 1 (Sep 13) – Arrival in Maranello (Modena)
After checking in to your Hotel (Hotel Maranello Palace or similar) you'll head to Modena (19 miles) to explore the town of Luciano Pavarotti, Enzo Ferrari and Mirella Freni. You'll enjoy a late afternoon "Apericena" (a new Italian tradition of an aperitivo and dinner combined) at Caffe' Concerto in Piazza Grande. After dinner you’ll be driven back to your hotel.
Overnight Modena
Day 2 (Sep 14) – Today after breakfast, you day is going to be filled with an exploration of the renowned Motor Valley. We'll start with a visit to the Lamborghini Museum/ Factory, specifically the assembly line of Lamborghini’s brand-new models. Following this great experience, you'll be taken to the Ferrari Museum and factory, where you’ll first have lunch at Ristorante Cavallino (a Menu created by Chef Massimo Bottura).
After a wonderful lunch, you'll have a full immersion into the world of Ferrari where you'll learn about the history and tradition of this extraordinary brand. There are going to be lots of possibilities to drive this iconic car, either on a track or on the road. You also have different models to choose from. Overnight Modena
Day 3 (Sep 15)– Today you'll have a full culinary immersion. You'll start by visiting a local Acetaia (a local producer of Balsamic Vinager). You'll have a chance to learn and taste this precious aromatic balsamic Vinegar that they produce.
You'll also have the chance to visit a producer of Parmigiano Reggiano as well as a producer of Prosciutto and Culatello. At lunchtime you'll have a pasta making class, which will lead to your meal featuring your own homemade pasta as well as a tasting of local products. Put your seat belt on because after your lunch you will finally have a chance to drive your Ferrari.
In order to celebrate your Ferrari experience you'll then head to Osteria Francescana for your 3 star Michelin Dinner in one of the best restaurant in the world owned and run by one of the best chef in the world Massimo Bottura.

Day4 (Sep 16) After breakfast you’ll check out of your hotel and be driven to Florence, your home for the next five nights where you’ll continue your adventure on the Tuscany / Umbria Culinary Tour.
