FALL 2025

Day 1 – Arrival in  Modena

After checking in to your Hotel you'll  explore the town of Luciano Pavarotti, Enzo Ferrari and Mirella Freni. You'll enjoy a late afternoon "Apericena" (a new Italian tradition of an aperitivo and dinner combined) at Caffe' Concerto in Piazza Grande. After dinner you’ll be driven back to your hotel.

Day 2 – Today after breakfast, your day is going to be filled with an exploration of the renowned Motor Valley. We'll start with a visit to the Lamborghini Museum/ Factory, specifically the assembly line of Lamborghini’s brand-new models. Following this great experience, you'll be taken to the Enzo Ferrari Museum where the original founder of Ferrari started his extraordinary journey.

After a wonderful lunch, you'll be ready for your driving experience with an Italian supercar of your choice (If you want to book this customizable driving experience for the following day, click on the link below, enter your contact details and we’ll write or call you right back) or if you prefer, you'll have time to explore Modena. The rest of the day and evening will be at leisure.

Day 3 – Today you'll have a full culinary immersion. You'll start by visiting a local Acetaia (a local producer of Balsamic Vinager). You'll have a chance to learn and taste this precious aromatic balsamic Vinegar that they produce. 

You'll also have the chance to visit a producer of Parmigiano Reggiano as well as a producer of Prosciutto and Culatello. At lunchtime you'll have a pasta making class, which will lead to your meal featuring your own homemade pasta as well as a tasting of local products. The afternoon is at leisure affording you to get ready for a celebratory dinner at Osteria Francescana for your 3 star Michelin Dinner in one of the best restaurant in the world owned and run by one of the best chef in the world Massimo Bottura.

Day4  After breakfast you’ll check out of your hotel and be driven to Florence, your home for the next five nights where you’ll continue your adventure on the  Tuscany / Umbria Culinary Tour.
